Part Description	Stainless steel, metal-sealed chamber engineered for ultra high vacuum applications. Previously used for ECR (electron cyclotron resonance) microwave plasma research. Large chamber ends are removable (via rigging hooks) to ease maintenance and enable significant changes in configuration.
