Mini UHV gate valve, Series 010, DN 40 (ID 1½’’) Ordering No. 01032-KE41. Rugged, compact VAT valve with a stainless steel body and KF40 ports. This valve looks to be in excellent condition but has not been tested by Cline Innovations since we don't have a controller on-hand. This valve appears to have been used lightly.
New with factory foam-lined box. 10-inch (DN 250) valve from "Direct Drive" F64-Series. Stepper motor driven. CF-F Fixed Flange Conflat connections. MDC Rectangular Pneumatic Gate Valve for Applications such as Load-Lock Transfer. This is a standard MDC catalog component from the C-Loc® Rectangular High Vacuum Series of valves. 1"x 8.3" nominal port/ dimension and nominal weight of 68lbs. Search RGV-18P in attached PDF for more details. A Viton series O-ring is standard for the Bonnet seal on these Valves. Rating is 150 degrees C per attached PDF.
